Career Goals
1. Behavior Technician
I am interested in a position in this career that will allow me to build upon my past experiences, learn new skills, and gain further knowledge and experience.
This position would be very beneficial to my overall career goals and future experiences. Being a Behavioral Technician would allow me to gain more one-on-one experience with community members facing traumatic circumstances or mental health struggles. This would build upon my past experiences working on a crisis line with individuals recounting or currently experiencing traumatic circumstances, as well as mental health struggles. I would also learn more about hands-on, direct interaction with community members.

3. Behavioral Health Administrative Position
A position like this is one of my long-term career goals in public health.
I would love to move up to an administrative position in this specific area of public health. This aligns greatly with the goals I have for my career, and is the accumulation of the experiences I have and will continue to gain and build upon as a working professional. This would also greatly serve me in gaining further experience toward seven greater goals and expectations for myself.

2. Trauma Support Specialist
This position would enable me to continue to build upon knowledge and skills while also gaining more professional experiences.
A position in this career is of high interest to me because of the outreach possibilities. This would allow me to have a more consistent case and or patient load and give me experience with this. It would also build upon past experiences to create a more complete skillset in the areas that are of interest to me.

Roles providing support to those experience psychological crises are of interest to me and pertain to the goals I have for myself in the future.
